Od poptávky až po realizaci naprosto profesionální, seriózní a rychlé jednání. Komunikace, administrativa, technická stránka, vše absolutně bez chyby. Na firmě je dle mého názoru znát to, že se specializuje spíše na velké firmy. Zaměstnanci ale používají stejné postupy a jednání i se soukromou klientelou a tak si člověk přijde jako opravdový zákazník, což je v dnešní době (bohužel) mimořádná věc. (Realizace tepelného čerpadla vzduch/voda Daikin Altherma, včetně ohřevu TUV)
